Barriere Cold & Flu draws on several ingredients sourced directly from the earth that possess traditional therapeutic uses we've all but forgotten about. Take strawberry and blackberry leaves, for example. To our ancestors, these bioactive-rich leaves were commonly used to make poultices and tisanes that were used to combat different types of ailments from the common cold to inflammation and diabetes.

Similarly, Echinacea, while has surged in popularity in recent years, had been forgotten for decades before a Swiss herbalist recognized its effectiveness in preventing cold symptoms. Beyond the common cold, Native Americans have long maintained that Echinacea holds the key to preventing a host of additional illnesses and infections.

To capitalize on the knowledge of the past and bridge the historical wellness gap, we've blended these and several other herbs (including Tulsi, considered something of a cure-all in parts of India) with lush cranberry.
